Sloping roofs with optimum insulation.
More and more often living-space is created directly beneath the roof. As a result, sloping roofs are faced with new challenges - in particular, the demands made on thermal insulation are increasing. Consequently, Bauder offers their customers a whole range of integrated complete solutions.
The components here are thermal insulation and bitumen waterproofing. In both fields we have carried out decisive pioneer work. The Bauder Buzi AK, for example, was the first breathable bituminous base sheeting. We also led the way in the development and manufacture of elastomer-bituminous underslating membrane with the BauderTOP TS 25. Likewise, the first underslating membrane with self-bonding edges, BauderTOP TS 40 NSK and BauderTOP VENT 02, the first breathable bituminous based sheeting for metal roofs, were created by Bauder in collaboration with our customers.
We were also forerunners with rafter insulation, undoubtedly one of the most effective insulation methods. From the very start we decided upon rigid polyurethane foam, an insulating material that insulates better than any other. There is also our patented product BauderPUR, the first insulating element with horizontal and vertical overlapping and hence a second water-channeling level.
In short, we offer to both trade and craft a complete range of products for the sloping roof, supplemented by an extensive range of accessories, while our customers can count on on-site user-friendly support at all times.
